Go to: Sandhill Crane Week 24

Posted 11/28/16
Hatched in June of 2016, this juvenile lived at
Tiedeman's Pond as it grew up and learned to fly.
The adults and it started disappearing for long
stretches of time by October, returning only now
and then. This day was one of those. Soon they'll
migrate to New Mexico or Texas, another amazing
adventure for the juvenile.
